BarrierMan.EXE

This one is the Battle Network counterpart of ultimatemaverickx's Barrier Man.  Needless to say, this is quite a leap from the Robot Master Barrier Man design.  At first, my concept art of BarrierMan.EXE was just a more robotic look of Barrier Man.  Then I focused on the small detail that his silhouette looked like a shield (according to UMX).  Eventually, I just focused on the name and it lead me through this process... "Barrier... Barrier is a Pokemon move... Mr.Mime uses Barrier... Mr.Mime is based on a mime... A mime!  BarrierMan.EXE can be a mime!"  So I looked at the various costumes for mimes and used the scariest one.  Just giant pluses for eyes and a Nolan-verse Joker-esque smile with pursed lipstick as you can see.  I have a coloured version if you want to see later as well as an alternate style for him if anyone wants to see how twisted he could really appear.
Much like CircuitMan.EXE, I hope UMX is satisfied with the look.
